How Can We Design Effective Employee Recognition Schemes Across Multiple Locations?

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with recognition schemes that can be launched in a company to motivate employees? What kind of awards should be given, and how can the efforts of the employees be recognized? Our company is based in 8 locations, and the HR department is located in Delhi. Taking this into consideration, we need to design a recognition award scheme.

Thank you for the wonderful suggestions. However, as I mentioned, I need to implement the scheme in different locations as HR is based only in Delhi. We need to have a single recognition policy. Additionally, we are currently running various small motivational programs. But now, we aim to introduce a monthly award policy to recognize the efforts of individuals and reward them with monetary incentives.

My question is, how do we identify the process that needs to be followed, considering our company has 400 employees?
