Non Disclosure Agreement - Training Delivery

Dear Friends,
I am about to sign an agreement for training delivery with a training vendor.
The content for the training will be provided by us and the training delivery would be done by this vendor.
I need to draft a "Non Disclosure Agreement" for the same so that the training vendor does not share the content that is shared with them.
Request some NDA formats please that can be of some help.
