Health Insurance Dilemma: What Should Be the Minimum Coverage for Employees?

In our company, the Sum Insured for Health Insurance Policy is only Rs. 12,000 for a year. We would like to increase this amount. Can I be suggested what should be the minimum amount for a health insurance policy for employees?
