Building Team Bonds: What Are Your Go-To Activities for Boosting Office Interaction?

Hi All HR Friends,

I have joined a new company. There is not much interaction between the team members, and they do not interact with the HR Team. Can someone tell me innovative ideas to build team relationships and increase team interaction? I have tried quizzes, but I would like to do something new in the office, for example, games, etc.
