It is good but there is a slight scope of improvement like adding comparing the canditate with present employees for that role etc.,

]its a new format for interview evaluation

Hi RajGhosh, Always recommended the score against your weightage. For. Eg. If 10 is the weightage for personality the score should be out of 10.
