Seeking a Reliable Questionnaire to Measure Employee Performance for Research

I am currently conducting research on the relationship between leadership style and employees' performance using a quantitative method. I will be measuring leadership style using the MLQ questionnaire. Therefore, I am now in need of a questionnaire to measure employee performance. Could anyone provide me with one that has been used by past researchers?
