HR Training at Ajax Institute Bangalore: Do They Offer Placements for Outstation Students?

I am planning to do an HR training course from Ajax Institute of Management, Bangalore. Do they provide placement to outstation students or only to local people?

I have completed an online Advanced Diploma course from Ajax Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore. They offer placement assistance, but I have not secured a placement yet.

No doubt the course was very informative with an amazing trainer. It covered all aspects of HR generalist, payroll, core with all legal Act rules & procedures, forms, formats, PF, ESI filings, labor laws, Income Tax, TDS, Tax planning, with hands-on payroll software, assignments, tutorials, etc. They provided a placement support list, but the consistency was not there. I think they are flexible in Bangalore.

Experience with AJAX Training and Placement

I completed training at AJAX in June 2013, and to date, I haven't received any calls for placement despite having experience. They only provide websites and email addresses for you to apply for placements through the provided links, but you won't receive any responses from those links. Such links and job openings are easily found on various job portals. Don't waste your time and money.

It's good to learn new things from AJAX, but the only issue is they don’t provide good placements. I came from Hyderabad in search of a job in Bangalore with the help of AJAX, but the result was they only referred me to other consultancies. The awkward thing is that some of these consultancies don’t even know where AJAX Management is located.

So, if you depend on AJAX for job placements in MNCs, be aware that the results may be local consultancies posing as MNCs, and vice versa. Don’t believe in fake promises and move blindly.

Ajax is claiming that they will refund the course fee if they do not place the candidates. Is there any truth to that?
