Financial Management Issues in Organizations
Many people working in organizations experience this problem. This is often due to the poor financial management of the owners or proprietors. They tend to use their cash for expansion or personal work with the blind belief that another amount of cash will be received before the month's end. Sometimes, they fail to collect their receivables and, consequently, fail to pay salaries on time.
For this problem, employees must meet with management and emphasize that money is required from the first day of the month to pay their obligations like rent, electricity bills, school fees, etc.
Anyway, it is up to the management to take steps to rectify these delays.
