😂 This is the problem I've been facing for the last two months. You need to act smartly and convey it to the employees in such a manner that the message is effectively communicated without affecting your image. However, if you are talking about the salary delay for all, including yourself, then you need to discuss it with the management.

Many people working in organizations experience this problem. This will be on account of the bad financial management of the owners/proprietors. They just go on using their cash for expansion or for personal work with the blind belief that another amount of cash will be received before the month end. Sometimes they fail to collect their receivables and fail to pay salaries on time. For this problem, the employees must meet the management and impress upon them that money is required from the 1st day of the month to pay their obligations like rent, electricity bill, school fees, etc.

Anyway, it is up to the management people to take steps to rectify these delays.
