Salary Increase Confusion: How Do I Adjust TDS for a Pay Raise from 28k to 35k?

I, Suresh, have a doubt. One person's salary was Rs. 28,000/- per month, and now his salary has increased to Rs. 35,000/- per month starting from November onwards. How do we calculate this? (We are already deducting TDS at Rs. 1,906/- per month.) Please explain.
