I would like to know that, is there any Law for the Businuss Development Executive (PR) who is working in Private or Corporate Hospital ,regarding
1: Min. Working hours
2: Working Environment
3: Number of Calls (Active or Cold) per Day
4: Minimum Salary
5: Leaves (CL, SL, & PL)
6: Extra duties / working hour's

Dear,
1: Max working hours should be 8 hours as per labour law
2. working environment - no idea
3. no number of calls
4. yes minimum wages is there , please refer to labour law.
5 leave policies is there but its depend on HR polivies of the employer
6 Extra duties/working hours- if any employee worked more than 8 hours, he or she should get extra payment for extra duties as per the law.
