Following are the responsibilities of an HR executive apart from recruitment, performance appraisal, training & development, employee engagement, leave maintenance, employee grievance, and exit formalities.

Apart from this, he/she is a facilitator and mediator between employees and management, responsible for the smooth operations of the company's HR policies, and maintaining serenity during daily workloads.
