How Can I Easily Download Stress Management Videos from YouTube and Metacafe?

My name is Nidhhi. I need your help to download videos from YouTube/Metacafe easily. Can you please tell me how I should go about it? I am unable to find any link to download the videos. I am interested in videos on stress management, stress busters, and the impact of stress. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You could use one of the following sites for downloading YouTube videos. However, you will need an FLV player to view those files:

Hi! You can download video clips from YouTube if you have RealPlayer. Then the top right-hand corner will display a tab "Download this video with RealPlayer".

If you are using Firefox 3.5 and above, there is an add-on available for that. In Firefox, click on "Tools" and then select "Add-ons," and then click on "Get Add-ons." There are a few add-ons available for downloading videos, etc. A few good ones are DownloadHelper and FreeDownloadManager plugin. Just click on DownloadHelper, and it will get installed in your Firefox. When you click to play a video on YouTube or any other video-supported site, then click on the triangle button near DownloadHelper, and it will show the link for the video playing. Click on that video link and choose the location to save the video. It will start downloading the video. You can close the video window. The only restriction is that only one video will be downloaded at a time. If you download more than one video, it will keep them in the queue and download them one by one.
