I am conducting an open house program on the Balanced Scorecard on January 23, 2010. I am looking for some goals that have made an impact in your organization so that I can use them as examples in my upcoming training.
I am providing one example that helped my previous organization improve cash flow:
Example:
1. Objective: Streamlining accounts receivable
2. Measure: Reduction in aging days
3. Target: From the current 60 days to 45 days
4. Formula: 360/AR Turnover
