Please suggest some team-building videos excluding "Chak De" and "Goal."

'Lagaan', Rocket Singh CD are great team-building movies! Depending on your objectives, quite a few movies can be used. One movie that is useful is "Ek Ruka Hua Faisla." It can be used to explain stages of team development, how to reach an agreement, and how to provide leadership when there is confusion.

To conduct the workshop, firstly, make a group and select some individuals as faculty from that group. After that, create a proposal that will be submitted to higher authorities for permission. The proposal should include all the details of the workshop such as session details, topic details, faculty information, requirements, etc.
