Confused About Bonus Calculation? Seeking Help with Revised Bonus Circular

We are working with a logistics company. I want to know how to calculate the bonus. I am aware that the bonus ceiling limit is $10,000, but the calculated amount is $3,500. Can anyone send me the revised bonus circular?

From 1st of April 2006, the minimum bonus that must be paid to employees is Rs. 3500.00. The eligibility for the bonus has been increased to Rs. 10,000.00 for drawing employees. For the purpose of calculating the bonus payable to employees who earn between Rs. 3500.00 and Rs. 10,000.00 per month, the bonus shall be calculated as if their salary/wage were Rs. 3500.00 per month under section 10 or 11 of the Bonus Act.
