Thank you for posting the PowerPoint presentations from a book site. Unlike Raj Kumar Hansdah and others, I was able to open the whole file.

I wonder whether you have obtained permission from the publishers who own the copyright to post it in a public forum?

Hi Raj,

When you open the file, it was in "Slide Master View" mode. Just click to close it, and you will be able to see the whole file. Having said that, the PowerPoint presentation is copyrighted. If permission is not obtained, it's best to remove it.
