Thanks for posting ppt presentations from a book site. Unlike Raj Kumar Hansdah and othrs, I could open the whole fie.
I wonder whether you have obtained permission from the publishers who own the copyright to post it in a public forum?

Hi Raj
When you open the file, it was in "Slide Master View" mode, just click to close it and you will be able to see the whole file.
Having said so, the ppt is copyrighted, if permission not obtained, it's best to remove it.
