How Do I Submit Form 10 for Employees Who Left Last Month with PF Returns?

Dear Sir,

I am a client member of citeHR. Could you please tell me the procedure for submitting Form 10 (for employees leaving in the last month) along with the PF monthly return? My specific question is regarding the section where I should write the details for Form 10 submitted for employees who left in the last month.

Form 10 of EPF (return of employees leaving the establishment), which is required to be submitted along with Form 12A (return of contributions made for the month) and Form 5 (return of members joining the fund during the month), is to be filed even if there is no employee leaving during the month. Filing a "Nil" return is mandatory as per relevant schemes under the Employees' Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Schemes. Please refer to "schemes" and not the Act.
