yvnreddy
Dear all,

I am YVNREDDY, working as a manager in HR. Currently, in our organization, we are providing consolidated pay. However, we would like to switch to salary scales. At the moment, we do not have accounts set up for PF, ESI, and PT deductions. I would appreciate guidance on how to register for PF, ESI, and PT, as well as the necessary documentation.

Please assist me with this matter.

Thank you.

Hello everyone,

Mr. Bhavik has provided a comprehensive list of documents that will be helpful for everyone in need. However, in case you are unable to find someone who can assist you with the detailed information, I have an alternative solution to offer.

Whichever department you need to register your company with, you can search online to find the necessary form. These forms contain a list of all the documents required for registering your company with the relevant department.

Alternatively, you can directly contact the department itself (such as the nearest ESI department, PF office, or others) and request the information. They are obliged to assist you in gathering the correct documents and completing the registration process. If possible, you can also visit the office in person to collect the form (the staff will provide you with the correct form upon inquiry) and gather all the documents listed on the back of the form.

This approach will enable you to carry out your responsibilities independently, minimizing unnecessary advice from various individuals you may encounter during the process of seeking assistance.

Moreover, adopting a "self-help" approach is the most effective way to educate yourself. By taking on the task personally, you will gain a deeper understanding of the process. There is no substitute for the valuable experiences gained through "self-training" or "self-learning."
