3. Blind Side
PS: These are hollywood movies based on real incidents in Sports, we also have some good bollywood fims also to add to this list

Hi, I personally recommend (ve myself used) "whale done' - on coaching / feedback and Fish Sticks- for change mgt. Both r very effective movies. Beside u can also use ' Dusvidanian-hindi bollywood'.
