I need to know about some of the motivational movies/documentaries to show to employees during office hours. How can I proceed with this?

1. Peaceful Warrior
2. Forever Strong
3. Blind Side

PS: These are Hollywood movies based on real incidents in sports. We also have some good Bollywood films to add to this list.

Hi, I personally recommend (I've myself used) "Whale Done" for coaching/feedback and "Fish Sticks" for change management. Both are very effective movies. Besides, you can also watch "Dusvidanian," a Hindi Bollywood movie.
