Reason To Leave The Job

You can say to ypur present employer that you are moving to another concern for better opportunity. Nobody will oppose it.

Any reason/(s) can serve the purpose. Its only the way you approach. But generally people resign on personal grounds although employers very well understand that the main cause is something else.

There is absolutely no harm in letting the present organisation know that you've got better opportunity.
You should also state the same reason in your exit interview. This will give a clarity to the organisation as well.

Pls be polite in replying, especially to senior members of this forum. Just because they are finding time to reply to your post doest mean that you take them granted. Mr Madhu's reply was 100% correct, may be your level of understanding is poor. Also dont complaint if you are getting more useful information without asking for it!!!!!

I totally agree with Ash. There is no harm in telling the truth and everyone working would sure like to grow and come up in life

If any body want to get relieved immediately, with lesser notice pay of say 4-5 days against rule of 1months, then what he should do & how to write the resignation letter?

Dear Member,
It doesn,t sound good for leaving job for the sake of money.you may add higher responsibility and challenges for career uplift.
