Hi all AGAIN, help me out friends... I need an honest suggestion and opinion from you all. I am a postgraduate in Social Work with Specialization in HR, now I am pursuing my MPhil. Now I have to choose my thesis topic. I have an interest in the line of training and development; I want to relate to or assess the need for soft skill training for IT professionals. Please tell me how to go about. I will feel great if you can suggest titles or send related questionnaires. Help me out, friends....

You can try NASSCOM for details on IT training. When you say you want to do a thesis on IT training, have you decided whether you are going to focus on semi-IT or IT? Thank you so much; that is actually where I have no clue. Can I focus on the effectiveness of training? If so, how should I tailor it specifically for IT?
