Struggling with Auto Format in HR Forms? Need Help Understanding This PIP Template?

Dear All,

I have attached a PIP form. Can anybody guide me on how this format was created? There are spaces in this form with an Auto Format Command set, causing it to automatically move to the next tab.

Thanks a ton for your prompt response. I really appreciate you sharing your company's PIP Form. However, my actual query remains unresolved. Many organizations create formats where they input commands into the word document to ensure that mandatory questions are not missed. If you could spare a minute to go through the form, you'll notice that it has some auto-formatting features.
