Hello To All, Marketing Vs HR

Well, i want to konw that HR people dont have good Oppourtunities than Maketing. i am a MBA(HR) Student , In my college Almost all the Marketing students got placed but HR only one or tow has got job so please help me does it so.......

You may be right but if you have choosed HR Profession, I think you did the right choice. When you looked behind in the 1980, there was no concept of HR but now you will feel every good company prefer to develop the HR department becoz they understand without having a strong HR Department firm can be achieve its goals. I am also doing MBA in HR with bye major in Finance. I am only one in the class who chose HR and I am confident that I will make a place in the market.

Don't worry yaar. Even I opted HR where we don't have placements but our management has promised to bring us this year. Ofcourse marketing jobs are more but we do have the opportunities in the market. There's a demand for HR in the years ahead. don't worry. Experts says that its a misconception towards HR. Citehr is only a best example for us all.

Keep your fingers crossed!!!! :) HR is growing in the industry and according to my knowledge HR is fairly new to this and Marketing is not!! So there’ll be ample opportunities when people start recognizing the importance of HRM in an organization!!

hello..my choices are markting n hr.which one shud i go for??i am creative,love mixing wid peopl and hav lived in several places in india so kno peopl frm various backgrounds.but i hesitate traveling fr atleast a yr aftr mba esp to delhi and adjoining regions due to family concern.i hav done btech n no wrk exp.
