I have read your question. In this, I wish to inform you that in Tripur, you have to register with the local Assistant Inspector of Labour for the Shops and Establishments Act if your company is an establishment. This requires submitting the following forms and registers duly filled and signed.
Form I, II, III (Blank), and V under the National and Festival Holidays Act, in duplicate together with Rs. 2/- court fee stamp affixed on Form No. I.
Form S - Weekly Holiday under the Shops and Establishment Act in duplicate, and whenever new employees join, you have to send it again stating the present employee details as per Form S.
Regarding the registers, you have to fill these registers.
Form P, Form Q, Form R, and Form T under Shops and Establishments Act, Form A - Muster Roll under the Maternity Benefit Act, Form VI under National and Festival Holidays Act, etc.
If it is a factory, you have to obtain a license from the Factory Inspectorate that can be renewed each year. Please go and contact your area Factory Inspectorate for detailed information about the license fee and the registers to be maintained.
