Thank you, Octavious, for these wonderful materials. However, chapters 1, 8, 9, 11, 15, and 17 are corrupt and can't play. Please, is there any way you can help out? I would greatly appreciate it because I am preparing for my intermediate 2 HR (CIPMN) exams in Nigeria, and chapter 8 on Training and Development is one of the courses. Please do try your best for me.
