If you are a factory you have to give 1 paid leave for every 20 working days of the employee, as per factories Act.
If you are under Shops and Establishment Act, you have to give:
1. Privilege leave of 15 Days
2. Casual leave of 12 days
3. Sick Leave of : 12 days
During the one year of services.
The above leaves are to be given as under the above Acts irrespective of designation of the employees, It is the employer discretion to give more of leaves to above designated employees over and above the above leaves.
