Seeking Advice on Setting Limits for Our New 'Own Your Vehicle Policy' for Employees

We are developing a new 'Own Your Vehicle Policy' for our employees. I would appreciate advice or ideas about the maximum amount permissible for two or four-wheelers. Although we have standard patterns for drafting policy documents, I am still unsure about how to word the repayment clause. Please suggest.

Did you not get any response? It looks like there is not much discussion on car lease policies in this forum, but a lot of people are interested to know more details.
