I am posting a sample of an appointment letter in Hindi. It is a translation of the English version found on citehr. I hope this will be beneficial for all those who want such a document in the national language.

It has been written in Kruti Dev font (Kruti Dev Display 490). Please ensure that you have this font installed on your computer.
