Hierarchy Level

Dear friends,
In my company there is no standard level of hierarchy, my company deals with IT products and sales ,service ,accounts ,department but there is no fixed standard designation level of employees with low position to higher position . so please help me to create a hierarchy chart which is helpful for to set the designation of each and every employee and by the help of this, employee to know the future growth.

Organisation strucutre differ from comapny to comapny. if you want that you will find it in this site..... you have to go to main screen first*(Home Page ) & then download search & search for Organisation structure & you will get so many PPT or material on that.........
