I have the following feedback for you:

1) A public poll is to find out whether the attachment was useful or not. Unfortunately, I don't see any options in your poll that provide the user the ability to select: a) Not useful b) Needs more alteration or even c) Can be improved further, etc. It seems like you are looking for a positive reply.

2) The attachment is good but needs a lot of editing. It can be used by organizations that have a large HR team and can spare the time to fill in the details.

Excellent work. Even I also like to work like you. Well, I am also working on leave status. I referred to your sheet for reference, but I found it perfect. But I have some queries on the same. If we require leave status for the month, then we also have to generate the month-wise MIS for leave.
