I am sreelakshmi, my take home is Rs.10k, could anybody please help me out in calculating the total salary before deductions.
please let me know the gross salary amount wise that is the total salary
Note: Basic,Da,Hra,Medical,Pf,Esi amounts clearly

Calculating the total Salary is mostly depend upon the employer policy but you can make it accordingly but after discussion with the top management.
Basic is between 35-65% of Total Salary you can fixed anything in between but make sure it should not less minimum wages As per the govt. laws.
HRA is 50% of Basic like if Basic if 40% so HRA will be 20%
DA 25% for Delhi you can check with your employer
Medical Rest of the % like 10% or 15%
And the you can deduct PF from Basic+DA
And Esi on total Gross Salary
