HR Policies & Procedures - Hr Procedure

HELP!!
I have been employed as a HR Manager for a newly established group of 26 companies + 2 hotels, I am asked to set a HR Manual (Policies & Procedures).
I am looking for Transportation policies, accomodation policies, leave policies... etc.. (e.g Senior Management gets QR 2,000 , Juniors gets QR 1,500 and Lower level positions gets QR 1,000 as transportation)
I need a start, please help!

Preparing HR MANUAL is not an easy TASK as it contains COMPANY POLICIES & PROCEDURES applicable for all employees, at all LEVELS.
A sample HR MANUAL is available in CITEHR, which you can search and retrieve it. Please understand your company PROCEDURES, RULES & REGULATIONS and start preparing POINTS to be included under different HEADINGS.
Once you are done, you can submit the same for our views. I shall guide you about NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS to be carried out.

I have been employed as HR for an IT recruiting consultancy. My CEO told me that I have to handle Induction programme on Monday abt HR policies. Could any one please help me in this aspect. I need main HR policies and how to describe them. Kindly do this favor.

As ur CEO advised to update the policies during the induction programme...
in order to deliver you have to design the HR policies and procedure in favour of your firm...
HR policies and procedures are vary from firm to firm...
