We are required to include a salary breakdown in each offer letter. Here is the information that is required. If anyone knows how to figure these out based on annual Lac, I would be most appreciative:

- Basic
- HRA
- Employers Contribution
- Conveyance
- Medical Reimbursements
- Food Reimbursements
- Medical Insurance
- Special Allowance

You can attach the following items in the salary breakup:

- Attendance Allowance
- Entertainment Allowance
- Education Allowance
- Book Allowance

I need your help as well. Could you kindly check if this is the right salary breakdown? We are in the UAE, and this is the breakup that the company would like to have. Previously, it was 70% as the basic salary and 30% as other allowances. But now, they are changing it to vice versa, which seems to be unfair. I need someone's expertise on this.

- Basic: 30%
- HRA: 20%
- Conveyance: 15%
- Others: 35%
