Basicaly pf is dedcuted on below 6500/ basic salary and its 12% of Employees Contribution and 13.61 % of Employer Contribution. Forms Details are given below.
Form - 2 (Revised) For Nomination & Declaration Purpose.
Form 12 (A) Monthly Return.
Form -5 For Joining Details on monthly basis.
Form - 10 for Leaving Details on Monthly basis.
Form - 6 (A) Annual Return
Form - 3 (A)

Later you may browse the info on EPFO
and then still you need any clarification you can post here.
