Need Help with Submitting Form-9 for Employee Provident Fund Contributions?

I just received my PF account number from the PF department. Could anyone please help me with the further procedures to regularly submit my Employee Provident Fund contributions? Assist me in the process of submitting Form-9 (revised). Is it necessary to submit a register of Form-9 to the PF department? Please reply to my email account. I am in trouble, so please help me as soon as possible.

Yes, it is necessary to submit Form-9 to the PF department because this form requires the details of employees covered under PF to be provided, including the following information:

1. PF account number
2. Employee name
3. Father's/Husband's Name
4. Date of Birth (DOB)
5. Gender
