Muharram is an official holiday in West Bengal. The 23rd of January is also an official holiday in West Bengal, as it marks the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

At the same time, could you please clarify the following information - typically, 12 holidays are given per year, but some companies provide 13 days. Is this correct?
