Confused About PF Deductions? Is It 10 or 20 Employees Needed? Let's Discuss

Hi People!

I was wondering, what is the minimum number of employees required to be able to deduct PF? I read that it is 20 employees, but in recent posts, somewhere it is also mentioned as 10. So, what is it, 10 or 20?
