Eligibility For EPF Withdraw!

Hi, Thank you all for sharing the information about the PF. From the above posts I understand that, if an associate serves 3 months he can claim the PF contribution of both employer and employee. Kindly help me on: what is the eligibility of years of association to claim the employer contribution towards Pension (8.33%)

1. Is any employee could Withdraw the EPF amount during their services period...? If Yes, what is the procedure.
2. What is the criteria for taking EPF Loan for an employee..?

hello I worked with one company for 5 years I got my p.f but did not received my pension fund and my age is 29 than can I able to claim for pension fund withdrawal.
