I would like some help on job descriptions for the following positions. I work for a 100 crore pharmaceutical company:

- CEO
- Managing Director
- Director - Marketing
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Head - Engineering
- Head - Production
- Head - R&D
- Head - Purchase / Commercial
- Head - Internal Audit

Internal audit is the only one I can help you with as I am an auditor myself. For the rest, I have a humble suggestion. Do visit the website of APQC (US); they have exhaustive lists of function-specific productivity metrics. Work backwards from the same.
