Need Urgent Help Finding Agencies for Employee Assessment Centres in Finance Sector

Dear all,

I work in the financial services sector. My company wants to run Assessment Centres for all the employees to identify the skill gaps so that appropriate training interventions could be arranged.

I would greatly appreciate inputs from all of you regarding any good agencies/consultants who are in the business of running assessment centres.
