The content is excellent. However, the presentation can be improved if too much material is not included in some slides. The usual instruction is to follow the 7 x 7 principle (seven lines to a slide and seven words per line). Also, the end seems to be abrupt.

Is the content of Slide 3 the outcomes of the training session?
