Right-click on the tab 'Index' and select 'Unprotect sheet.' However, if you want to unprotect the sheet, you will need to know the password. If the sheet is taken from somewhere else, you may not be able to open it because the sheet creator could have protected it. If you have created the sheet yourself, you should be able to easily open it.
