Right click the tab Index given the tab Unprotect the sheet but if you want to unprotect the sheet you have to know the password.If it is taken from somewhere you cannot open that because the sheet creator could have protected it. If you have created means you can easily open it

please anyone can tell me the password how to access this file ? Iam in a very need of it.....please can anyone help me in this, I Request the creator also please let me know how to access.

The sheet which you attached there it is read only.If you want that I use this sheet then please gave me sheet without protection.
