Entrepreneurs fail because they lack customer orientation and become more product centric. They become insensitive to the changing environment and the dynamic nature of customer requirements. They are more internally focussed than having an external focus.

Overall the presentation is good. But it relies on USA data. It would be better if Indian research data is used. On the whole a good presentation. Congrats.
