Dear Balaji,

Although the PPT is good, the reason why you haven't received any comments is because these slides are common and convey similar messages that are already circulated through emails. Perhaps, 151 and I expected something more in terms of handling human relations because it's easy to provide short slides but challenging to acknowledge each individual. I hope you take this point in a positive way.
