Please help me with a soft copy of labor laws in India. I don't need BARE acts. Please help me with a more simplified version.

The simplified labor law was composed by P. B. S. Kumar (B.Sc, M.A.(PM), M.A.(Ind.Eco.), MBA(HR), BGL, LLD, PGDIRPM) originally. I thought everyone should know.
