Seeking Resources and Advice to Boost My Presentation Skills and TOT Diploma Options in Egypt

I am a trainer in a center and need to develop my presentation skills. Can anyone help me with some files, videos, or books on training or presentation skills?

Also, if anyone knows of centers that could provide a TOT Diploma in Egypt, please inform me.
