Certifications In Hr Doc Download

Dear freinds,
Iam working as Executive HR in one of the MNC into Recruitments,but iam very enthusiatic towards performing a role as HR-Generalist.Iam interested in statutory appliances.
Can any one please suggest me of any certifications that i can do in HR,that can help me to attain my gaols,in detail?

I'm working as a staffing specialist & have 4 yrs of exp in recruitments (IT). Even i'm interested to move into General HR & i'm looking out for short term course on Payroll, Compensation , Benefits. but am unable to find any certification course for short term.
If you get any info on this kindly post me the details.

If you are interested in the training field Try enrolling in ISTD. their last date for jan session is Dec 31, 09. Also, i have heard abt salahkaar consultants and they offer specialised courses in PMS, Competency mapping etc, but im not sure if they are well recognised so if anyone knows about them then pls suggest.
