Job Description

Purpose:

As a HR this person is responsible for managing the following activities:

• Identifying and recruiting people for different departments of the organization

• Managing day to day operations

• Vendor relationships

• General Administration

• Leave/travel management

• Employee welfare

• Preparation of policies and handbook

• Understand US VISA processing norms

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have prior HR experience more than 4 years in a IT industry related companies

• Very good communication and inter personal skills is a must

• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a must

• Previous experience in setting up a new facility for an established US company is a plus.

• Ability to work individually without much supervision

• Self motivated and able to take initiatives based on needs.
