Understanding Leave Charts: How Do You Create and Use Them Effectively?

Hi all :D

Can anyone help me with the format of a leave chart or leave calendar? What is a leave chart exactly, how to maintain it, and its uses? Please revert back ASAP.

Hi Preeti,

I am sending you the monthly leave chart of my company, which is displayed every month. The white boxes are filled with different colors. Since we do not have EL or Sick Leave, you can add more leaves as per your convenience.
