Facing Workplace Stress: What Are the Consequences of Taking Unpaid Leave Due to Harassment?

divi62
Sir, I submitted an application to my correspondent (I work in an aided education institution in Karnataka) for loss of pay leave citing the reason as not being able to bear the torture given by the Headmaster. The correspondent has signed the application, and a copy of it was given to me. I am not attending to my duties from the day I applied for leave without pay. What will be the consequence?

Hey Friend,

This is a hate leave request. What torture are you referring to? Can you please specify?

"I would have rejected it instantly."
Your attitude will not stand good on the face of it when discussed, my friend. I am sure you have other means to have the same resolved. Always remember, great personalities were humiliated to the degree of level that one in today's world would commit suicide.

Come on and don't give up... give the "Jaddu Ke Japhi" to your head master, send flowers every day to him for his well-being, and of course, start attending work immediately. Also, ensure that you withdraw your leave letter and say "sorry to your Head master" for the hate leave letter as you were frustrated and hence took a stupid action.

Cheers, Ukmitra
